Please call the Salon to book your appointment at (616) 866-9571. All guests are contacted two days before to confirm exact times and services. A credit card may be required to hold these times. A charge will be implemented for cancellations not made prior to 24 hours.
If you are late for your appointment, your treatment will be reduced in order to finish on time for the next scheduled guest. The full fee of your service will be charged.
In the event you may need to cancel your appointment, we ask that you please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. We ask this as a courtesy to our staff members and other guests who wish to schedule. Failure to cancel 24 hours in advance will result in a $50 charge.
Gratuities are not included in the price of any service, spa experience, or gift certificate. You will have the option to leave a cash tip or include it as part of your payment.
If you are looking for a nice way to pamper a family member or friend, we have Gift Cards available in any dollar denomination. This gives them the freedom to select any service or purchase products of their choice. No cash refunds are given. Any remaining value on the Gift Card may be used toward product purchases or an upcoming visit to Genesis. Gift Cards never expire making them the perfect gift!
